    Chizo Chiada Odunna Yes god created the oceans, but that pic which u see above comes from nature and man polluting the water in this case, other places are caused more or less by the same thing. It all depends where the water flows from and wat is in the water, then that has to meet the ocean which is salt water for this to occur. Science help figure this out.
