In a recent interview with Channels Tv, The Director of Media and Publicity of the PDP Presidential Campaign
Organization in the 2015 Elections, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode took a big swipe at the incumbent Governor of River state, Rotimi Amaechi.
Speaking on National TV, Chief Fani-Kayode lambasted Governor Amaechi, saying he knew when the Governor was wearing one Cloth for three days.
He described the Rivers state Governor as a traitor and declared that he doesn’t belong on the same social or intellectual level with the governor.
In his words: “I knew Amaechi when he was wearing a cloth every day for three days and I don’t believe that I belong on the same social or intellectual level with him”.
Chief Fani-Kayode also questioned why the APC presidential candidate, General Buhari was nominated by Boko Haram during the proposed peace talk saying that the party considered him as their greatest nightmare, and are desperate.
He said: “The question you should ask Buhari, Tinubu & Amaechi is – How come their candidate is nominated & supported by Boko Haram
In his words: “I knew Amaechi when he was wearing a cloth every day for three days and I don’t believe that I belong on the same social or intellectual level with him”.

When asked on his take on former President, General Olusegun Obasanjo departure from PDP, Chief Fani-Kayode had this to say; “President Obasanjo is a father to me & many other, I will not cast aspersions on him, I can only respect his position.
“But first, we need to ensure demons in APC don’t take over power in Nigeria. When we win the election then we can now beg Obasanjo to come back”.
