Nollywood actor, Desmond Elliot, says the Peoples Democratic Party will lose woefully in Lagos next year.
Elliot, who is the All Progressives Congress candidate for the Surulere Constituency 2, said the APC would win majority of the votes in Lagos and also take over the Federal Government next year.
The actor said this during a 10,000 man march organised by the Ambode Youth Initiative in Lagos on Saturday.
Elliot, who is the only artiste in the state to have scaled through the party primaries, said he was convinced that the PDP had no plan for Lagos.
“They will lose next year and it will be like film trick. They will lose in Lagos and also lose the presidency. They don’t have any plan for this country,” he said.
Also speaking at the event, the chairman of the APC in Lagos, Chief Henry Ajomale, urged Lagosians to get their voter cards as this was the only way to ensure true change.
