Jesse Nnaezugo Obinna your statement may be right but it is not realisable in this present day. Lets talk about reality in the world today. many young people cannot abstain from premarital sex. This is a fact.
I have always advised young girls that, in the event of unwanted pregnancy, they are the ones to carry the shame and load, especially in poor countries with no social welfare.
Therefore, a young girl who is involved in premarrital sex should be more carreful and do the necesary things not to get pregnant. Its a shame that a girl will submit to unprotected sex, or the so called skin to skin, (as they use to call it), and when she gets pregnant, the guy asks for abortion bcos he is not ready to be a father.
