A South African lady who is disabled and a cancer survivor has revealed what her lecturers told her at her first day at the University of Johannesburg where she graduated from.
The disabled lady identified as @M_Nyane on Twitter revealed how one of the school lecturers told her parents that she wouldn’t make it because of her disability.
However, she never allowed the lecturer’s words weigh her down as she graduated from the varsity with happiness.
Sharing photos from her graduation, the lady wrote;
On the first day I went to UJ, a lecturer told my parents and I that I wouldn’t make it because of my disability. But look at God, I made it. Never Give up on your goals!!!. #UJGraduate
