DELSU final year student allegedly commits suicide after being scolded by dad .
A final year pharmacy student of the Delta State University, Abraka, has reportedly committed suicide after being chastised over his poor academic performance by his father.

According to reports, Orumah Efemena TuTu, took his own life by taking two bottles of an insecticide called Sniper. It was reported that his dad had visited him in school to berate him for not progressing like his younger ones.

The deceased was said to have been put on probation twice and had four carryovers.

He may even be studying the course you wanted him to study and not his dream course all in a bid to make you happy, the least you would have done was to encourage and support him. He was and has been really depressed for long and no one cared and he thought ending his life was gonna end all the miseries. Oh Boy! Why did you choose to suffer twice?
