Following the massive outcry and complaints of foul play by Nigerians over the outcome of the recently-concluded BB Hotshots, a Nigerian
billionaire has stepped up to the plate in a grand manner.
With Nigerian housemate, Tayo Faniran announced as runner-up to Tanzanian, Idris Sultan, Ayiri Emani has reportedly announced that Tayo would get a whopping $350,000 from him.
It is not the first time Emani, an oil magnate who is very popular in the Niger Delta part of the country, would splash the cash in a manner that would leave mouths agape. It would be recalled that Emani, who bears the title of Akulagba 1 of Warri, reportedly gave 2face Idibia N40m as a wedding gift when the music superstar wedded Annie Idibia in 2013.
Well, it seems Emani’s plan was to outdo Big Brother and ‘compensate’ Tayo. With about N63m, that’s a grand way manner of ‘compensation,’ don’t you think?…
