A 75 year old grand father and retired soldier ,Jubrin Ugiagbe and two others have been arrested by men of the Edo state police command for alleged armed robbery. The ex-soldier is been squeezed for supplying the suspected armed robbers with the guns used in their Various opetations where financial returns were made after every operation….
It is so bad that our country has lost her moral value but we must ask ourself simple questions. 1. Why are the youth turning to crime when the Government has provided enough job opportunities and more so a good economical environments for business to grow.
2. Is are the elders involving in crime when they are been taken care by the government, meaning their pension and benefits are been paid as at when due?
We are quick to comment they should be jailed but my question is who is going to jail them? The government in a state where money state to germinate of the fertile houses and wardrobe of our government officials.
Let the bigger Federal and state robber jail the street robber .
