This is what the fuel scarcity has caused – frustration… Two young men were seen digging it out with each other at a fuel station in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state -after long hours of staying on a queue. The men Disgraced themselves fghting and then ranting for ours to the entertainment of others who came to buy the scarce commodity and had been standing for hours.
